1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
2. How to enter: Sweepstakes begins December 18, 2007, at 12 noon EST. All online entries must be received by 11:59 P.M. EST on February 29, 2008. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by February 29, 2008, and received by March 5, 2008. To enter, fill out the questionnaire and print your name, full address, phone number, and email address (optional). Entries may be submitted by mail or Internet. By mail: Send to Allure, 7 Tecumseh Court, Commack, NY 11725. By Internet: Log on to allure.com/go/breakthroughs, complete the online entry form, and submit it as instructed. One entry per person/per email address. Mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. Entries that are lost, late, damaged, illegible, incomplete, postage-due, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsor's servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the website. Use of bots or other automated process to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or technical failures of any sort. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. By providing your email address, you grant Sponsor the right to send you commercial messages and share your address with others unless specified otherwise as indicated on the entry form.
3. One (1) potential Grand Prize Winner and one (1) potential First Prize winner will be chosen in a random drawing from all entries on or about March 17, 2008, by Accu-Tab Computing, and will be notified by phone or mail. If any potential winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within five (5) days, or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to any prize and an alternate winner may be selected. All decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects.
4. The Grand Prize is round-trip coach airfare for two from the major commercial airport closest to the winner's primary residence in the United States to Scottsdale, Arizona; one standard room (double occupancy) for two (2) nights at the Willow Stream Spa at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess in Scottsdale, Arizona; two (2) personalized spa treatments for each person; and daily bento box lunches for each person; approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $2,500, depending on exact itinerary. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure point and destination. Ground transportation, meals, in-room personal charges at the lodging (e.g., minibar, movies), telephone calls, gratuities, incidentals, and all other expenses not included. Winner and travel companion must be available to travel on the same itinerary, as selected by Sponsor. Scheduling of flights must be completed at least 60 days in advance and is subject to availability and blackout dates. If winner lives within 200 miles of Scottsdale, Arizona, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation in lieu of airfare. Trip must be completed by February 28, 2009. Unless child of the winner, travel companion must be 18 years of age or older as of date of departure.
5. The First Prize is a basket filled with Olay Definity products chosen by Sponsor. Total approximate retail value is $500.
6. Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitutions for the prizes, except by Sponsor, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. Prizes are nontransferable.
7. Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry, except employees of Sponsor, Accu-Tab Computing, the Strategy Group, and their immediate families. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void outside of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and where otherwise prohibited. Sponsor is not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this sweepstakes, including, without limitation, mechanical, human, printing, distribution, or production errors, and may modify or cancel this promotion based upon such error at its sole discretion without liability. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
8. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Except where prohibited, (i) acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winners' names and likenesses for editorial, advertising, and publicity purposes without further compensation; and (ii) potential winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility (including social security number) and liability/publicity release. Affidavits and releases must be returned within ten (10) days of attempted notification or an alternate winner may be chosen.
9. Participants agree to be bound by the above rules and regulations.
10. For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Allure Breakthrough Contest Winners, 4 Times Square, New York, NY 10036, after March 16, 2008, but before September 16, 2008. The contest is sponsored by Condé Nast Publications, 4 Times Square, New York, NY 10036.
